Pretty simple this one. Could say it speaks for itself.

Recipe, makes 2-3 bowls worth;

3 cups puffed cereal of choice
2 heaped tbsp smooth Biscoff

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Melt your biscoff

  3. In a big bowl, mix the cereal and biscoff well with your hand until all are coated

  4. Bake on a baking tray for 12-15 mins until the cereal are niiiice and crispy

  5. Leave to cool, serve as they are, on yogurt or with milk - you could even have these as an oat topper/ smoothie topper.

Notes + Variations:

Use any puffed cereal for this - I used puffed wheat, but puffed rice, millet or quinoa would do the trick too.
